Information on virtual consultations (telephone)

Dr Isaacs' PA will confirm you are happy to undertake a telephone consultation but we only offer this for follow up consultations by request if this is your preference, where face to face consultation is not required. We no longer do video consultations as we found too many technical problems, and for first consultations an examination is usually required.
Based on the information you provide, Dr Isaacs will assess whether a telephone consultation is appropriate (in some cases it may just not be possible to adequately assess your condition without a face to face appointment).
If you have a telephone consultation, you will receive a call from a withheld number at the time of your appointment.
If any blood tests or prescriptions are required, these can be arranged at The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, Spire Bushey in Hertfordshire or Bishops Wood Hospital in Northwood, unless alternative arrangements are made by you with your GP.
If any scans are needed, these can be arranged at the hospitals.
